Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your order number for reference purposes. After your order has been fulfilled you will receive a secondary email showing it is either ready for local pickup or it has shipped. For shipped orders a tracking number will be provided. For local pickup you will receive instructions on how and when to receive your order.

Processing Time:

Your order processing times may vary between 3-7 business days. Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure your order is processed efficiently. Please take note that during holiday season (October - December) the processing time may be longer. Please take note during this time what our current processing times are before ordering.
