3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders if incorrect pricing or information is displayed

Payments must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order
Limit quantities per customer
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on location of purchaser
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect item received

7. Candle Safety Disclaimer

By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow all safety guidelines.

Candles are open-flame products and must be used responsibly. Failure to follow proper safety precautions may result in fire, injury, or property damage.

You agree to:

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials
Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Trim wicks to approximately 1/4 inch before each use
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law in Canada and the United States, House of Elysia shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

8. Product Use & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products may contain fragrance oils and other ingredients that could cause sensitivities in some individuals.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients where applicable
You assume all risk associated with sensitivities or allergic reactions

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from use of our products.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift With Purchase (GWP)

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or gift-with-purchase offers.

Terms:

Promotions are valid for a limited time while supplies last
Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated
Minimum purchase thresholds must be met before taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated
If items are returned and the promotion conditions are no longer met, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from the refund
Gift with purchase items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
